• Files you choose to sync (exports, assets, metadata).

3. How We Use Data

• Provide and improve NovaLedger services.
• Operate billing, support, and security workflows.
• Send product updates and onboarding emails.

4. Data Sharing

We use trusted subprocessors to run NovaLedger. These may include Google Cloud (hosting and storage), Firebase (authentication), Stripe and PayPal (billing), SendGrid (email), and Sentry (error monitoring). We only share the data required to provide the service.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as required for legal or security purposes. You can request deletion of synced data at any time.

You can request access, export, or deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
