By accessing or using NovaLedger, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must be authorized to export any data you process in NovaLedger.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service or attempt to access other users’ data.
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.

4. Exports & Data

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to export and store any data you process. Cloud sync is optional and only occurs when you enable it.

5. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance. Usage credits are consumed based on enabled features and are not refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

7. Disclaimers

NovaLedger is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that exports will be complete or error‑free due to third‑party UI changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaLedger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
